One8 Auto World Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the One8 Auto World application and related services. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Operator

2. Eligibility and Business Use
One8 Auto World is intended for internal dealership and business administration use. You agree to use the app only for lawful business purposes and only if you are authorized to use the information entered into the app.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused or used in violation of these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app in violation of applicable laws, privacy obligations, or third-party rights.
- Upload false, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized data or documents.
- Attempt to interfere with the app, bypass access controls, or gain unauthorized access to data, accounts, or systems.
- Use the app to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
5. Customer and Document Data
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and legal basis to collect, upload, store, and use customer details, identity documents, phone numbers, and transaction records in the app.

The app, branding, design, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to One8 Auto World and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the app or its software.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party services such as Firebase and device platform services. Their availability and operation may affect the app, and their own terms may also apply.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
