2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information needed to operate the app, including:

Account information such as name, email address, and password authentication details.
User profile information such as role, account status, and internal user identifiers.
Customer and party records such as customer name, phone number, alternate phone number, dealer name and phone number, salesman name and phone number, showroom name, vehicle details, booking and delivery dates, and plate number.
Financial and transaction-related details such as showroom rate, party rate, token amount, unit cost, broker rate, accessories rate, payment method details, and profit-related calculations.
Document and image uploads such as Aadhaar images, PAN images, license images, utility bill images, and quotation photos.
Local draft data temporarily saved on the device to preserve unfinished form entries.

3. Device Permissions

The app may request access to:

Camera, to capture document or quotation photos for party records.
Photo library, to attach existing images to party records.
Phone dialer, to let users call stored contact numbers from within the app.

4. How We Use Information

To create and manage user accounts.
To store, display, search, and manage dealership customer and transaction records.
To upload and retrieve images and documents associated with those records.
To maintain security, prevent misuse, and control access based on user roles.
To provide password reset and account support functionality.
To improve reliability and maintain internal business operations.

5. How Information Is Stored

App data is stored using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage. Some unfinished draft form data may also be stored locally on the user's device through app storage.

6. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in the following cases:

With service providers that host or support the app infrastructure, such as Firebase.
With authorized users inside your organization based on role-based access in the app.
When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
To protect our rights, users, systems, or property.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, customer, transaction, and uploaded document data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, unless a shorter retention period is required by law. Device-local draft data remains on the device until it is cleared by the app or user action.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices

You may update certain account information inside the app.
You may stop granting camera or photo library access through your device settings.
You may request deletion or correction of account data by contacting us at one8autoworld@gmail.com.

10. Children's Privacy

One8 Auto World is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on the locations of our service providers and infrastructure.
